COVID-19 Guidance & Polices

At Christopher Styles Barber Spa, the health and safety of our clients and employees is our number one priority. In effort to keep everyone protected, we have taken the necessary protocols required to safely reopen. We will be following the requirements below, provided by The County of Los Angeles Department of Public Health:

  • Bring and use a face covering (preferably with earloops) during the visit.
  • Symptom check of barbers/stylists and clients before entering the shop. Either prior or upon appointment arrival.
  • Barriers (such as plexiglass) are used at reception desks or other areas where physical distancing cannot be maintained in order to minimize exposure between barbers/stylists and clients.
  • Appointments are staggered to reduce reception congestion and to ensure adequate time for proper cleaning and sanitation between each client visit.

    No walk-in appointments are available.

  • Come to the barbershop with freshly cleaned hair.
  • Do not bring children or others to the appointment.
  • Services that cannot be performed with face coverings on both the barber/stylist and client or that require touching the clients face, e.g., eyelash services, eyebrow waxing and threading, facials, face shaves etc., are not permitted until those types of services are allowed to resume.
  • Amenities, including magazines, books, coffee, water, self-service stations, and other items for customers, have been removed from reception areas.

Late policy

We ask that you arrive on time to your appointment. We understand that traffic can cause unexpected delays, but due to our shop booking appointments every 30 minutes, we can no longer take clients more than 10 minutes late. Unless the stylist/barber states he or she can fit you in without affecting the next client, you will be asked to reschedule. All of our clients are important to us and we do everything in our power to accommodate schedules. However we would not want to give anyone unsatisfactory service due to time constraints.

Cancellation Policy

24 hours advance notice would be greatly appreciated. Due to the fact that we are busy and our time slots are limited, we ask that you give us a call at least 24 hours in advance in order to cancel a scheduled appointment. We do our best to respect our client’s time and expect our clients to respect our time as well.

No call/No show

2nd no show-warning After 3rd no show; prepayment will be required prior to booking or walk-in basis only.
